The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) Medical Assessment Forms are required for anyone who is seeking to submit a claim to the PIAB. The PIAB provide an independent assessment of personal injury claims following workplace, road traffic or public liability accidents. Their objective is “to ensure that people claiming for injuries sustained in an accident, have their compensation assessed quickly and fairly and without unnecessary litigation overheads”.

Anyone submitting a claim to the PIAB, must also include a PIAB Medical Assessment Form, completed by a medical practitioner.
